I am a Silicon Valley luxury real estate advisor specializing in Stanford-area communities including Palo Alto, Atherton, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Menlo Park, Woodside, and Portola Valley.
With a background spanning U.S.–China business, Stanford University, and global market development, I help clients navigate complex real estate decisions by bridging cultural nuance, grounded local judgment, and global reach.
Real estate, especially in the Silicon Valley and Stanford-area markets I serve, is ultimately about people — understanding their stories, their goals, and helping them make thoughtful decisions at every stage of homeownership.
Before entering real estate, I spent more than 20 years working across the U.S. and China in business development, academia, and market expansion. My career began at the American Chamber of Commerce and Intel China, where I helped American companies enter the China market. After relocating to the Bay Area in 2011, I spent nearly a decade at Stanford University leading executive programs that introduced global business leaders to Silicon Valley’s innovation ecosystem. Most recently, at Udemy, I supported the company’s expansion and partnerships in the China market.
As a bilingual advisor fluent in English and Mandarin, I work with both local and international clients, including Silicon Valley’s highly active Chinese-speaking buyer community. For sellers in Silicon Valley’s luxury real estate markets, I provide targeted Chinese-language marketing and global exposure that reach qualified buyers across the U.S. and internationally — extending visibility beyond traditional channels alone.

Outside of real estate, I am passionate about youth leadership and cultural exchange. I founded YouthBridge, a nonprofit connecting young leaders from the U.S. and China. I hold an MBA from Santa Clara University and an MPA from the University of Washington, and I live in Los Altos and Portola Valley with my family — the community we are proud to call home.
My Journey into Real Estate
The way I approach real estate advisory today is shaped by a life grounded in service, integrity, and accountability—and a career built on cross-cultural communication, judgment, and trust.
I was raised in a military family where discipline, integrity, and service were everyday expectations. My grandfathers served in World War II, my father was an Air Force officer before becoming a diplomat, and my mother worked as a military physician. Growing up in that environment taught me to stay grounded under pressure, act with responsibility, and prioritize long-term trust over short-term gain—values that continue to guide how I work with clients.
For much of my career, I worked in environments where cross-cultural communication was essential to success. Understanding people, context, and nuance mattered as much as technical expertise. These experiences sharpened my ability to interpret what is unspoken, bridge perspectives, and guide people through unfamiliar territory with confidence.
Today, that same perspective shapes how I advise clients in real estate. I listen closely, anticipate underlying concerns, and negotiate and advocate for my clients’ best interests—helping them move forward with clarity and confidence in complex, high-stakes situations.
